Mentor Coaching Program
As you are aware, one of the main objectives of the ICF Gauteng Chapter is to raise the professionalism of Coaching by encouraging and supporting ICF Accreditation. The Mentoring and Supervision Sub-committee has now formulated the way forward for 2010 and 2011, aiming to provide as many members as possible the opportunity of being mentor coached with specific focus on preparing for the accreditation process. We are in the process of finalizing our panel of mentor coaches based on our requirements.
We have had an overwhelming response to the pitol for ACC accreditation in 2010, run by Daphna Horowitz. In 2011 we will be running both ACC and PCC mentor coaching programs.
Herewith is an overview of the process:
THE ROLE OF THE CHAPTER

The arrangement between the Mentor Coach and the participant, including rate, will be agreed privately. This engagement must run parallel to the Group Mentor Coaching programme and be completed within the required 3 months. This is due to the ICF requirements.
